Writer's block, any suggestions?

-So the thing is when I'm watching movies, or reading books, etc. I'll get good ideas for stories. But then when I go to put them down on paper I have a really hard time taking the scenery and people from my head to the paper. Or as soon as I start writing the stories I get stuck. I've only ever finished a hand full of stories, but I'd like to make them longer and more enticing to the reader.



I can start the stories and I know where I want them to go but I can't get the story line to where I want it to end up. I've even tried outlines for the stories for points that I want in the story but it's the same as trying to get to the end, I get stuck. I can't figure out how to get from point to point. Any suggestions, please?
