"Field of Dreams" and "The Alchemist"........?!?

-What is a common theme between the journeys of Ray Kinsella in the movie "Field of Dreams" and Santiago in the novel "The Alchemist"? thanks :DThey both believed in what they were bound to do or be. Santiago was a prophet and Ray had a dream on what he wanted to do. Both suffered persecution for what they stood for and believed. What they produced was proof of that. Ray built the baseball field and Santiago prophesied what would happen in battle and it came to be as he said.
