I want to shift a course.. Is it difficult to shift?

-I'm a current freshmen student, and the course that i still taking is mass communication, it's kinda risky because my vocabulary and grammar skill are not that good, that's why i wanted to change my course. I want Fine arts major in advertising, because i'm good in drawing and i want to be a set/production designer in television programs.A degree in advertising is typically not applicable to set design. In film and television, the set is designed by a production designer in cooperation with the art director, director, draftsperson, illustrator, and others. For such a career, you are better off with a major in film and television production.
