I am addicted to gaming?

-I am 15 years old and i am addicted to PS3. The only life I have is at school. Once i get home i emidiately start gaming. can any of you recomend something that can get me to stop gaming?give you PS3 to your parents and ask them to take away your game till you wan them back, then when you get out for school, which should be like in 1 or 2 weeks you can game all you want. one more thing get your friends and get out of the house and do not play ps3
its fine dude my friend has a ps3 and i want to go to her house almost every day and play lots of ps3 games! ugh!! i want to go now!!! but i cant:( anyway... its fine if you play alot its just you be yourself.
Play a sport! It takes up a lot of your time but you still will have time to game, so your not gaming as much!
Go out side and exercise.

Sleep.

Try not to look at a screen.

Etc.
Give away your ps3 or put it in storage.
